From fixing themes to building agents.

I started building on Shopify in 2020. First it was theme tweaks, then custom apps, then full store migrations. Hundreds of merchants. Thousands of hours inside Liquid, Shopify APIs, and the strange edge cases nobody documents.

Five years later, I know how DTC stores actually work — the friction points, the silent revenue leaks, the operations that waste hours of founder time. And I learned something most "AI agencies" haven't: generic AI doesn't fit specific businesses.
